I assume it's because they take tickets for every game. I also assume there's a limit on how many they can have for each game.

I remember on previous visits to Derby they have given us around 3k allocation behind the goal, however I think they have moved the away section to one of the corners now.

 That's right, I had a couple of freebies to Derby last year and the away fans were in the corner.
