Isn't Robinson out of contract this summer?

According to the retained/released list, he's been offered a new contract.

Who is making these decisions?
No chance Robinson making it except at a lower level.

He's not really done it on loan, but I'd like to give him another shot. Hopefully Di Matteo could get the best out of him. Hes had games under his belt, so with that in mind it may make him a little readier to step in than Rush-Ian-Audrey-Hepburn-Eddie-Murphy, Sellars and Green.
If we've extended his deal there's no point loaning him out again. Either bring him into the squad, or we sell him in the next 12 months.

Thought you might like to hear this story.

A mate of mine -Baggies fan- knows someone who installs upgrades for folks's broadband. Apparently, he visits a lot of Prem players' houses as part of his job. According to the guy, most of the players are quite polite and welcoming. Only one was unfriendly to him, so much so that he had a woman in the house whose job was to talk to any menials doing work in his household, so he could safely ignore them.

Small clue to his identity; until yesterday we were paying him over £60,000 a week for bugger all.

I remember reading an interview with CNZ in The Guardian just after we signed him, in which he talked about his tough upbringing and how football saved him from a life of criminality and hardship. It painted a picture of a humble guy who was grateful for his gifts and determined to seize his big opportunity. What happened there then?

He's just someone who enjoys the bling trappings of being a premier league footballer like Gabby. Us giving him a 5 year deal on massive money probably played a part in motivation levels aswell.

Football is just a job for him,  not a passion otherwise he wouldn't have gone out on cup final night for example.

Good riddance, it's amazing to think that N'Zogbia has 80 appearances for us - the only one I can actually remember is a 1-1 away at Blackburn under McLeish where he scored our goal.
