First season in over 30 years of going that I haven't seen us win.

To be fair, you only needed to miss 3 league games to achieve that.

Also, here's the top of the who-was-on-Match-of-the-Day-last table. I think I preferred it when we were mid-table mediocrity.

West Brom 8
Stoke 8
Bournemouth 7
Everton 7
Swansea 7
Aston Villa 6

Oh for the days when I'd come in half cut from the match and fall asleep whilst desperately trying to stay awake to watch our highlights.  Seems like an age ago.

You just made me realise that I don't think I watched MOTD at all this season. Which is a shame because it has meant I've largely missed out on the Leicester story. I saw that Drinkwater had got a call up to the England squad today and I didn't recognise him at all. I couldn't have even guessed who he was from his picture.

Only a small point (forgive the pun); but we when you consider we only finished with 17 points from 38 games and 3 of those points came from the first match of the season it means we only obtained 14 points from the remaining 37 games. A truly appalling statistic which really proves just what a poor squad and set up we have.

Newcastle fans much truly wonder how they were unable to score at Villa Park and pick up the 3 points (any team unable to score against us at Villa Park must feel truly ashamed as they leave the pitch.

In our games against the other 2 relegated clubs we picked up 5 points from the 12 available.

Against the top 6 teams we picked up 2 points from the 36 that were available.

If we had played Randy Lerners Cleveland Browns (at Cricket) then we might have got the draw!

After reading how exigo has not seen us win at all this season ,it made me think how lucky i have been .I have watched us in 10 games and i have seen us beat Notts County,Wycombe,Palace and Norwich.Considering we only won six in all that is pretty good

Looks like if the most-goals-conceded tally was over 42 games like every other season in that list and we'd still be averaging two a game there would have been only five worse seasons in the club's history.

Chico's post just underlines that this team really has been the worst performing in the club's history. I hope the players are proud of their efforts.

There's a killing for someone to produce "I was there"-type T-Shirts commemorating the train-crash of a season we've just witnessed.

The most glaring record of all must be for the number of f##ks not given by the 40 odd people associated with the first team squad this season.

That must be a galactic record.

I was there at every win.  It's my best lifetime achievement.
