Villa win.

Well, it's got to happen sometime.

And the Barcodes' defensive record is almost as bad as ours.

Looking forward to the atmosphere tomorrow, should be a laugh. Let's go out with a bang.

"And now you're gonna believe us, we're going on the pitch..."

Smegg Evans of The Meaning Evil has written that the number of police persons and stewards has been increased to guard against any shenanigans.

In other news, it seems there is a protest march planned.

Team news as it stands , so who plays at Left back ?, Hutton , with Lyden or Richards on the right?.....Godzvilla!

Jordan Veretout ....struggling with a pelvic problem.
Rudy Gestede .... issue with his groin.
Kieran Richardson .... struggling with his calf....All are serious doubts.
Aly Cissokho is suspended for this game after his red card at Watford.

We might go 5-3-2 with Hutton on the right and Bacuna on the left as, and I use the term loosely, 'wing-backs'

Think Bacuna has suffered enough, I'd put Richards in there at Left back or Lescott. Let them be humilitated not Toner who I expect Black to play on left.

Pity Gestede is injured, Ayew and himself up front caused Newcastle a lot of problems earlier in the year. Their left back Dummet is useless and Anita at right back is surely vulnerable

Struggling to pick a team but f*ck playing Sanchez, utterly useless when he came on v Watford, Sinclair is another non entity that I could do without seeing again in a Villa shirt.

Bunn/Guzan/traffic cone
Hutton, Clark, Toner, Richards/Lescott
Westwood, Gueye, Veretout
Green, Ayew, Grealish

Snag is they have a player, Townsend, who is in form and we haven't got a fit or available left back to counter that. I smell trouble with goals for them at 45+1 and 90+1 and 90+3

Funny reading Twitter and the deluded Geordies who are doing a Small Heath claiming they're taking The Holte  ;D Also that they're coming to take the piss, they'll be in for a shock at our party atmosphere as we've been taking the piss out of ourselves for months.

I genuinely don't care what the result is.

I do. I would like to see us win another game this season and this one would be fun. Sadly Eric Black is in charge and his publicly stated aim is for "another good performance" rather than actually winning something.

Followed by the second verse "And now you're gonna believe us, we're going to get a criminal record, a Football Banning Order and the club fined."

I think last week was the blip in this losing run (nearly not losing). Today normal service will be resumed. 0-2

I am hosting a good mate of mine , a mackem,  in the Bartons at lunch time. We had arranged to be there together to see Toons go down so hoping for a win today. If you are there do say hello if you see a pairing of a dark man and a very short aggressive looking northerner!
