Jimmy Sinclair

From O/S
Acting manager Eric Black has confirmed that Jimmy Sinclair has joined as a coach.

Black moved up to No.1 after the departure of Rémi Garde.

The 52-year-old has elected to bring in another coach to help work with the first team ahead of the final six games of the current season.

Sinclair spent a number of years as the head of the Rangers youth academy, overseeing the development of many top talents, as well as a role as technical director of the Scottish Football Association.

Black said of the appointment: "I'm delighted to confirm I'll be assisted by Jimmy Sinclair during my tenure as acting manager.

"You'll see him in the dugout for the first time this weekend.

"He's someone I trust implicitly and he is a hugely respected figure within Scottish football, having worked at the Scottish Football Association and Rangers.

"Jimmy is a great coach and has a fantastic knowledge of the game.

"I feel really fortunate I've been able to call upon his services at such short notice."

Welcome, Jimmy!

Here's hoping you can improve us between now and the end of the season.

Someone said yesterday that there are no senior coaches left.

Win games. Don't know about you, Andy but I want us to win every game, whether it be league, cup, friendlies, even on Playstation.

Maybe we could sub him for the useless Scott Sinclair? That maybe an improvement?

Think this means:-

1/ Highly unlikely that a new Manager will be appointed in the near future.
2/ Black has decided that the existing/remaining coaching staff just ain't good enough.
3/ The football board agree with him and approved the extra funds to bring in Sinclair.

Perhaps he has come to look at us before Mark Warburton joins us?

I'd stick him straight into the 1st Team. He couldn't possibly be any worse than the dross we currently pick.
