I read about this in The Times so it must be true. Sorry about the link!
Amy Cuddy is a Harvard Business professor who has researched confidence and success.
Somebody has to pass on the following to Remi and the lads:
Striking a power pose for a couple of minutes before a difficult meeting or an interview will result in a positive outcome for you more times than not, according to her team's research.
The power pose - stand like Wonder Woman, hands on hips, shoulders back and feet apart, staring confidently into the distance and imagining a cape billowing back from your shoulders.
( A twirl appears optional but hell, I think we're not about to dismiss anything that might add extra edge, are we?)
If the link doesn't work, google her name ( Amy Cuddy, not WW) and look for the Ted Talk on body language.
This could completely revolutionise the January transfer window!
Lose the dross and stand like a superhero!
More confidence, unlimited success and less pressure to sign anybody else's dross!
Cracked it.
