It's not on.

It's Bristol City v West Brom on BT or Inverness CT v Stirling and Napoli v Inter on Sky.

(My phone wanted me to type Napoleon v Internet on Skype).

I'd have thought the odds are slim of it being shown live anywhere so no streams.

Lots of streaming sites will list the game but there aren't any streams when the game is underway. Happens a lot for cup games.
