chair appointment
« on: January 06, 2016, 11:55:27 PM »
Reports say at the meeting before the arsenal game Fox said a chair was to be appointed. Anyone know what Is happening to this appointment? Chair of what I would ask, but anything that suggests someone with football knowledge might be coming to take charge would be welcome.

Trevor Fisher.

Knowing our board they've probably lined up someone on the basis they've got four seasons experience of playing Championship Manager.

Nothing has been said since then. We will ask again at the AVST AGM.

Wycombe is the ideal place to ask about a new chair.

I would like it to be Jacqui Smith however she currently Chairs both Heart Of England and QE University Hospital Trusts. Big Villa fan and I believe a season ticket holder.

Independent Chair would not be answerable to Lerner more the other way round however with only one shareholder (Lerner) it's a moot point.
