Anyone with at least 2 years' continuous service, legal expenses insurance, my telephone number and an employer who does not have any grounds for getting rid of them legally.

Agree with all of that, Ads. Another sign of the stupidity is that we have an injured left back with no specialist replacement at the club as they are both out on loan.

Yes this !! As if the poor folk up North don't have enough problems at the moment, now she turns up.

Sadness in her eyes.

Very harsh, she's got nice tits.😉

The defense coaches and defenders should have a good look at themselves.  How we keep making shit mistakes every single game that costs us momentum and eventually the game is beyond me. How our players keep switching off or getting dragged out of position is baffling. These are international defenders who are looking more brittle by the game.

I agree with Monsieur Le Lapin.

I said a few weeks ago that when you are shit and struggling you first work on making yourselves hard to beat. Play ugly, bore the opposition to death and maybe sneak a goal or two for a win, worst case scenario a few bore draws. We seem to have gone for the Looney Tunes school of defending, with no visible benefit of coaching appearing on the pitch.

The bloke at our local takeaway.
They forgot to send the papadoms.
'

So annoying when that happens.
My brother told me once, with great sadness that one of his local curry houses forgot to send his rice. He was gutted and I've never let him forget it either. They were late too and he couldn't be bothered to wait for them to take another hour and deliver his rice, so he had to run to his nearest tesco for some microwave rice. I think that probably ranked as his "fuck my life" moment of 2014.

Anytime he gets a takeaway now I ask him if he got his rice.

We have now become like a takeaway that sends out mediocre food with half the fucking dishes missing. We reluctantly eat it and hope that next time they get it right again because we once had a great Jalfrezi there that we long to try again.
Ultimately we're left with stomach pains every week and pebble dash the toilet in a shitstink of sadness the following morning. Brown arse tears of disappointment.

Bravo! (Especially the inspired 'shitstink of sadness' bit).   ;)

Ads probably has the best summation of things to do with transfer policy to be fair.  But I'd still like to know what technical scouting is.....I actually do think it's what BE said it was!
