I've gone for a draw but expect us to lose.Worst of all in a burst of optimism after the Man City game I bought a couple of tickets for this match.

We really need to win but I just can't see it 1-1 draw.

Has Alan Hutton ever played LB?  Because the thought of Richardson there fills me with dread...  So, if he can play there I would shift Richards to RB (because he's never been a CB) and start with Okore and Clark in the middle assuming the former is fit and alive.

The rest of the team can be made up with the usual suspects - I'd drop Grealish until he grows up and decides he wants to be footballer.  And having him and Gil in the team makes us too lightweight.

I'll go for a 2.1 win.  I think we're probably down already but if we can't start picking up some points at home it's embarrassing.

Hutton played left back last season v Swansea I think. It didn't work. He kept cutting inside onto his right foot and losing the ball.

So there was no difference from Hutton playing right back then ;)

Is it worth throwing the young lad who's a left back in ? I'm more concerned with our options up front, think Ayew should go back to playing off the front with Gil, god knows who to play up top though.

have to win this one or I think we will be sunk to be honest

Physically strong team needed, match them physically and tactically then hope one of our players bundles them in

Lescott over Richardson for some extra height, Richards has to be taken out of centre back even if its Crespo coming in

Its a horrible side but Grealish and Traore havent offered anything in months

Think Gestede may have some more luck against lesser defenders, he scored against these last season. If not working in first half, then pop Ayew up front and put Sinclair or another of our lightweight options on the left instead

-----------------Bunn
Richards/Hutton, Okore, Clark, Lescott
--------Sanchez, Gueye------
Gabby, Gil/Veretout, Ayew
------------Gestede-------

Grealish, agreed. Bit difficult for Traore to offer anything though when he's had the grand total of 70 minutes football for us in 3 months.

No point in having Gestede in that line-up.There's not a single player there who can cross the ball for him.

and because he is shit

No way will Okore start and gabby out wide?

Liverpool showed against man city that you don't have to have a big lump up front in you have players with the right movement

At a time when everyone appears to be writing us off this is the day when not just the players need to turn up and be counted we fans do too.
Drag everyone down to B6 and get behind the team . Look at the atmosphere generated at the Leicester ground last year and carried into this-
we need a Tranmere semi support  / Sunderland Monday night support from now until the end of the season and we might just surprise a few people
including ourselves.
3-1 Or 6- 1 to us depending on the atmosphere.
Keep the faith, UTV !
