JV-Life members
« on: September 24, 2015, 11:03:33 AM »
I signed my son up for this at xmas, all he's had was the introductory pack and nothing else, I mentioned it to him yesterday and he said he forgot he was a member. Anybody else signed up their child and been a bit underwhelmed? There is the promise of kids for a quid tickets for the odd game but not had anything through at all about this season, no idea what matches or indeed if it's still the case.

they should get (and mine do) 3 - 4 comics a year, birthday and xmas cards and the £1 ticket i think is in 3-4 games (and bring a friend for £1.
Also get a free VP tour as well (which we havent used for the past 3 years!)
If he didnt get a comic about 1 month ago I would contact the club.
ps only members due to having ST.

My lad joined when he was 5/6 and one of the great perks was being asked to be a mascot a few seasons ago for the first home game of the season against West Ham.

He is now a veteran of 10 years as a season ticket holder and just received the Gold lapel badge which will make application for Cup Final tickets a lot easier. Up to a couple of years ago he always received the comics and birthday/christmas cards so I am surprised that the system has not worked for your lad. An email to Lee Preece the Supporters Liason guy will, I am sure, resolve the error.

I signed my Grandkids up a few years ago and got nothing. Renewed and tried again and still got nothing. Decided to give it one last go this season and so far they have each received a welcome pack.

Our football club are very good at getting things right, all sorted by some very helpful and nice folks who are a credit to our football club.
