I'd like to be able to log on, tick all the away games I'm considering attending, and have a text message when I fit the criteria to buy them. Is that possible?

They should also have every result, ever, going back to our first season on there.

The club should assemble as large an archive as possible of Villa footage, from full games, to local news highlights, to grainy Pathe videos.

The website is all a bit "now" and doesn't focus too much on our history, which is our main selling point to potential fans outside Gr B'ham.

Oh, and turn off the auto-playing adverts that always make me jump out of my skin.
Pretty much this.

The last point, I appreciate, is difficult as the adverts help pay for the site.

Surely we should look at a top clubs website such as barca or Bayern and just try and emulate that set up.

This is a ruse - it's the takeover announcement isn't it.

The online shop - it's absolutely rubbish. I'm sure they'd sell much more tat if the all the stuff they sell at the Villa Village was available online. As someone who can't just drop into one of the shops to buy stuff, It drives me mad how poor the online store is

tell them well done for finally stopping the auto-play for AVTV on the website.

make sure they keep it that way, the amount of times i've slyly gone onto the website with my speakers on at work and had to scramble to shut it down...

Not sure if its too late Lee but could you ask them why they do not respond to emails? (AVTV)

I've been trying to cancel my subscription.

It'd be pretty harsh to try and get rid of Woodward - it is his job. I also don't mind him: he's a bit of a plonker, but he's paid to be enthusiastic about Villa and does just that.

On the couple of times I've spoken to him, I've found Jack to be a pleasant bloke.

However, there's a reason he's doing local commentary on Villa and fronting video clips on Pravda rather than being on Five Live or SkySports.
