I'm sure I read something on here yesterday somewhere about the club working hard to change the poor streaming service (as a follow on from the kit launch debacle) and this game was going to show proper performance.

I guess not. Stream freezes, page refreshes taking forever, script runtime problems - all bodes well.

That sucks. Rock solid here in the USA, using chrome if that helps.

After the 4th attempt it went through to the payment screen and I completed the sign up. The three previous times it just stalled.

As many of you will be aware we have recently re-launched the AVTV console and will be streaming all pre-season games live – tv.avfc.co.uk (feedback welcome).

One of the benefits of being a season ticket holder is a season-long pass to AVTV.  This pass is accessed via a code, which is included in the Season Ticket Holder welcome pack. As packs will not be distributed until the end of the month, we have also sent codes to Season Ticket Holders via email (this enables them to watch all of the live pre-season action). However, we only have around 65% of email addresses for Season Ticket Holders. As a result some fans will not receive their code until their pack arrives. Any Season Ticket Holder that hasn’t received their code, and would like to obtain it before their pack arrives, can contact the ticket office on 0800 612 0970. The ticket office is open from Monday-Saturday (9am-5pm).  We will continue to distribute this message through avfc.co.uk and our social media channels.

The other thing I’d like to ask you to encourage is early redemption/purchase. We saw a huge influx of people trying to purchase passes and redeem codes in the hour before the Fulham game.  Whilst we appreciate this will always happen, we would like to encourage people to redeem asap.  In the unlikely event of a problem, this gives us ample time to work through a fix with the supporter prior to the live game.

I noticed that the videos don't autoplay any more when you visit the website, at least that's something.

My kids usually leave the volume really high when they've been on the computer, so when I visit the villa website late at night it used to scare the shit out of me.

I haven't had an email with an access code.

The FAQs don't give much help and the Contact Us link doesn't work
