I must admit there was far more bleeding "highlights" than I expected in a Googlebox type show like that.
Haha same here , I didn't expect any match footage as such just fans reactions . Oh well. I think us fans can walk away proud. At least 20 neutral people this week have said to me how amazed they were how loud the villa fans were and the atmosphere generally. I'm glad I was there ,pre match it was off the scale.

Why are you masochists doing this to yourselves? I've avoided it like the plague since the final whistle.

Just up to the kick off for me. i don't understand how anyone could stomach more of it from there on.

Same, just switched off. Gutted again!

Just like 2000, I will never again watch a single bit of footage from that train wreck.

Fuck me. That was a painful watch. Nice reminder how many pathetically shit players are in that team.

I've got the game and a few build up programmes still sat unwatched on Sky+ but think they'll be getting deleted...it'd be like watching a reoccurring nightmare in HD.

Right at the end I saw my daughter and half my wife's face.
When we all met up after the game they said how annoying some woman was with a air horn...now I know who they meant!

Spent 10 quid on a programme that i am incapable of reading, just cannot bring myself to look at it.

I got them by post & had one sent to my Dad as well - £30! (£5 postage) & they arrived on Tuesday. I think this is a cruel reminder of how certain I was that it was our year

It was a record breaking final for Wenger so maybe that will give it some value at some point, it really has no other purpose now.

I bought one on the day and literally haven't even got it out of the bag, and don't intend to. (Why did Wembley have to put the programme in a carrier bag?)

From the moment the 4th goal went in I left the TV to my daughter's Gooner boyfriend and since then I have not read a word about it in papers, listened to anything about it on the radio or watched anything about it on TV.

H&V my only very limited involvement.  Mature me.

Same here. Haven't seen a second of footage from the game and didn't get any of the newspapers on Monday.

The Sports section of the Independent on Sunday went straight in one of the rabbits' cages on Sunday morning.

I did get the Sunday People but avoided the sports bit in the middle and the last three pages.

Decided to watch the rest just to see the highlights. I think that's made my mind up on Westwood. He looked out of his depth.

Painful as it was to watch, I thought it was pretty good as documentary accounts of the day go - in particular, no voice-over or commentary.

Like others though, I haven't been able to get past the contents page of the programme
