Pubs in Birmingham - Man United (a)
« on: April 04, 2015, 10:35:45 AM »
Hi all

Hope it's ok to put this here. Mods; feel free to move it if not.

Currently travelling back to the Midlands as an exile down in the smoke and wondering if anybody knows of any pubs or sports bars in central Birmingham that will be showing the game today. I realise it's a 3PM kick off and technically they shouldn't show the matches but I've been led to believe a few get it through satellites and whatnot? Rococo is a name I've heard mentioned in the past.

So does anybody know of anywhere that will be showing it? Equally, could potentially get out to VP / Aston area if that was the only option!

Thanks and Up the Villa!

Rococo - now called Mooch apparently,?- seems to have stope showing Villa games due to some restrictions being placed on Broad Street in general.
If anyone has the answer to the question about town pubs showing Villa games - I also need to know for Spurs next Saturday.

Yes Broad Street has gone from 3 bars showing the games to none. The high visibilities of the locations probably didn't help.

Couple in Sutton still show the games.

The pub in question have been showing the games for years, I've watched a fair number of home and away in there this season since Broad Street stopped showing them around xmas time.

I refer the gentleman to Ms A's long-heralded reluctance to enter licensed premises.
