That'd be a first, the Trinity singing. I think the sound of their tutting and rustling of tartan blankets usually drowns out the Holte......

Well, if last week's cup final was anything to go by then there's no point attempting to proceed in the FA Cup. Joking aside, I'm praying for some sort of result to bring back some hope.

I think you gradually get sucked in. You make the champions league and people wouldn't baulk at £50-60 a ticket , then £70, £75 etc etc.

It would be nice if Lerner lead by example and showed up for the last 12 games .

Getting his ass in a seat pitch side down with the fans like Tony Fernandes did would be nice.

Sure they went down anyway but it was a good gesture.

Exactly . We are in this together right ? If we go down we all go together side by side. Likewise if we stay up we all party like it's 1999.

Yup. He might even discover he enjoys it and Villa fans actually want him to succeed.

I think Lerner would gain some respect if he made it to the last 12 games .
It's the least he owes us all.

Given our lack of backbone we'd be better off telling the players we have 11 friendlies, just go out there and play with no pressure. I couldn't see them getting a win in one cup final, never mind winning several.
