All gone a bit quiet on this recently. Any updates Amfy, or Frank Moss?

How can we stand when we're all on our knees?

Right, kids?

Personally I don't think it will ever happen . The club's don't want it although the fans are in favour. The Police most certainly don't want it and
the FA neither.

The days of youths running at each other on the terraces have long gone.

Actually - the local police really liked it when they saw the model.

Tome Fox is broadly in favour, but not pro-actively so like Paul Faulkner was.

There is a Premier League meeting every quarter, & PF had permission to agenda it in June. - which in itself was a massive step as prior to that it would not be heard of. Then he left!

I have recently bright TF up to speed, & he says he'll try & bring it up next time - which is March I guess!

This will happen because there is a very general move towards it right across football. It is painfully slow tho. I also no longer think we'll be the first.

I can see the advantages in not being first. As with computer-read season cards, let someone else make the mistakes then do it properly.

Haven't Palace become the latest Prem team to back safe standing?

As amfy implies, it was a shame PF left when he did regarding the safe standing issue - he was a big factor for us but also getting AVFC and Villa's CEO a higher profile amongst the PL biggies, and momentum was gathering.

I see your thinking Dave. Would have been a nice touch to have been up there though!
