I wonder how much missing that 32 might haunt Mitchell.

Into the final set. Great stuff.

I want 'Wolfie' to win because he's a villa fan.

Did Wolfie tell Scottie Dog to "Stop crying -you have just won the Championship"

or words to that effect ?

I thought he said something like "let it go", as in release the emotion.

There was a lot of chat on Social Media last night about PDC V BDO. Undoubtedly the quality from the proffesionals is higher but there is something more earthy about Lakeside, many people noted that there seemed to be more interest in the actual darts at Frimley Green while Ally Pally is turning into a gigantic piss up and sing song with the darts beginning to come second. I can't comment having been to neither.

I did enjoy the Lakeside and Phil Taylor could learn a bit of class from Martin Adams, the reaction from the latter on defeat was very sportsmanlike where Taylor turned his back the moment he lost.

I think he means the Villa Wolfie rather than Martin Adams.

I think it's noticeable that the crowd is younger at the PDC too and as you say seem to be there for the darts, rather than just to have a good time.

Imagine my missus will be happy that the BDO don't have glamour girls walking the players onto the stage.

I think any of about seven players could win it. Some brilliant matches this round. The Vans Derby, Wright vs Chisnall and the Battle of the Convicted Sex Offenders were all classics.

I think Anderson must be favourite now but I wouldn't be amazed if Wade knocks him out in the next round.

Okay, so Taylor we know is a nonce, but Klaasen? What's he done?
Anyway, I reckon it's Wright's year as much as I hate his contrived "wacky" look.

Anderson and Lewis must be favourites, as they've been there, got the t-shirt, but from what I've seen so far, I fancy Michael Smith as dark horse. That lad hits 180s like they're about to take the board away.
