Leyton Orient had never beaten a Premier League side until last night

It's so ridiculous, it's like he's doing it on purpose.

I'm sure they beat Fulham away in the FA cup one year fairly recently.

EDIT- I've checked and they did in 2005/06 when they were in the 4th division (old money) so that fact is bollocks. Doesn't make me feel any better mind.
Apologies. I've seen it posted in various sites/ places so just took it at face value. That' ll teach me

Last night, yet again, just was not acceptable to the fans. Just like previous embarrassments against Sheffield United, Millwall, Bradford. Just like our utterly abysmal home record in general.

The problem is that it quite clearly is acceptable to those running our club, given the fact that Lambert, despite his atrocious record, is at zero risk of the sack.

They don't care if we lose our best chance of silverware before August is even over. They don't care about anything beyond top flight survival.

Lerner's retreat from the club they used to tell us they were in it for the long haul with, through thick and thin, is frankly disgraceful.

yeah that's it in a nutshell.

Not sure who posted it, but when you see the various momentous matches and incidents that he's been involved in - how the hell is he still here?

The Chelsea whooping, the cup defeats, the near relegation and his management team sacked for bullying.

I thought the outrageous, comical stuff would have been behind us with the end of last season. Sadly I think we've got more coming.

He will break the world record for the number of times he will say the word fantastic during an interview.

As another poster said maybe if Lambert showed some passion about going out yet again it wouldn't be so bad. In the last five years the powers that be at VP and Sky have killed off any lingering interest I had in attending, the buzz I got as a little 'un walking up those steps and seeing the pitch with my heroes warming up is long gone.Call me over dramatic but I'm sure some people can relate? Lerner and Lamberts partnership may be all lovey dovey(or they would have us believe) but its proving disastorous for Aston Villa FC.
spot on, sums up my situation too.

I am going for the longest time ever recorded in the premier league for being goal less at home.

The whole "enough chances to win two games" thing, again...was he ever this dour and negative before he came to Villa? It's like he's decided the only way we're likely to consistently score is by breaking quickly, and you should only need that to happen a couple of times until you score.

How about fewest home goals in a season. Record held by CiŁy - 10, 2006/7.
