Mansfield Away: Line-up Competition
« on: July 16, 2014, 01:23:06 PM »
Right. I'm so confident that no-one will be able to accurately predict our starting XI tomorrow night, that I'm prepared to offer ten whole English pounds to the first person who can.

If more than one of you are correct I'll take the earliest post. Midnight tonight is the cut-off (obviously earlier should the team be announced today).

You'll need to get the Captain right too, oh and have a PayPal account (I'm not prepared to post anything!). I'll start the ball rolling;

Steer; Lowton, Okore, Clark, Richardson. Bacuna, Westwood, Delph (C). Agbonlahor, Wiemann, Cole.

Go.

I'd like to see how Donacien does, Grealish and Carruthers. Obviously huge welcome back for Okore and N'Zogbia who I imagine will feature, and another chance for Gardner. Cole will be interesting just to see how he lines up. He's an intelligent player so I want to see his influence on the team.

Wouldn't be amazed if there were about 7 substitutions at half time.

I think Grealish, Robinson and Donacien are all playing for the U21s tonight so can't see them playing tomorrow too.

You'll never win anything with that side! Withe is past it, Geddis is a better option. Why we spent £500K on him is beyond me. Ron and the Bendalls have wasted our money again! We're in for a season of below par performance if you ask me. We'll exit both cups in the first round for a start.

I'd say more likely high wide and not very handsome.
