Slippy G's last 7 matches before he cashes in a big fat MLS check:

Played 7

Lost 4
Drawn 2

The hyped up 'big four' of last game against United, last game at Wembley (which obviously at the time was actually supposed to be the last but one), last game at Anfield and absolutely definitely without doubt, no this really really is the last game all went so wrong it was almost hard to believe.

When they were last in the Premier League most of their players and management lived in Harrogate.

Someone once told me that Harrogate had the highest percentages of millionaires outside of London. No idea if it's true, but having been to Harrogate, it doesn't seem far fetched.

Bizarrely, I think Aberdeen has the highest number of millionaires outside of London. Or at least it did, before the arse fell out of the oil market recently.

Since January the whole club has had a big Stevie Me shadow cast over it. Of their own making too. They've been more pre-occupied with the last games of their club legend, rather than the team itself and the form has suffered. They should have put all that bullshit sentiment aside and left it until the last game at Anfield.
It's not Gerrard's fault either, but the club really have made an almighty meal out of it.

Middlesbrough, Leeds and Bradford dropping out of the Premier League no doubt caused numbers to drop in Harrogate. Bizarrely David Gest appears to live in the town, he certainly visits it often.

He's got a house in York as well. Often found ambling around the shops and cafes of Bishopthorpe road. Odd looking bloke.

Most people from Yorkshire look odd.

Yes and having got rid of allardyce it's possible they'll struggle. Which would be hilarious

The hilarious thing is he will be back there on loan quicker than a rat up a drainpipe.

Some wag has posted elsewhere that pitch side microphones picked up the Everton bench ordering players to continue fouling against WHU on Sunday so they could avoid qualifying.

Wouldn't it be lovely if West Ham went down and started life in the Athletics track in Stratford as a championship side
