Fulham win puts Blues in bottom 3. It would be nice if they stayed there now.

The Europa League is an absolute farce.
Don't agree. Just look at Atletico Madrid a team built on success in that competition. I would love us to in it every season.

Fulham fans would say it gave them some of their most memorable nights. But I still think they should split it back into the UEFA Cup and Cup Winners Cup. Less fixtures, stronger teams put out, bigger crowds.

The Cup Winners Cup was crap. Too many runners-up in it made it pretty weak. Real Madrid's Reserves and Newport County both made the Semi-Finals.

Have a massive UEFA Cup, knock-out all the way and play the games on Tuesday so clubs are less-inclined to rest players.

I can remember some great CWC games. BFR's Manchester United losing a quarter final 2-0 in Barcelona then winning the second leg 3-0 only to lose to a last minute goal in the semi away to Juventus. Also, the Everton v Bayern game at Goodison. They will never play Europa games on a Tuesday because of the Champions League.

Switch the CL to Wednesday-Thursday. CL teams don't rest players so much, have larger squads to cope, and more often have matches switched to Sunday for telly anyway.

Biggest farce with Europa League is letting CL losers in after group stages, thereby devaluing the competition and making it too long. It's never going to be as big as the CL but there's nothing wrong with that. I don't particularly have a problem with the group stages as they are now either, as opposed to the 5 team, play each other once farce there was when we were in it. They should make it like CL mark II if you like, exactly the same format just a level below.

Yes they are having a go and city looks rattled. Why do they not understand their place in the food chain?

Why?  I see no connection.just because they are giving city a hard time does not mean they will thrash us.

This what pisses us off the most when we see sides who aren't meant to compete with the bigger sides actually giving it a proper go. Now West Ham might go on to lose but they haven't waved the white flag from the kick off. They are havig go at City and while a number of West Ham fans would see the back of Allardyce some will appreciate that he sent his team out to try and get a result. They will be tough at their place.
