Has Les Sealey got a mention yet?

How could anyone forget that Les Sealey played for us!

Frank Mcavennie was a strange, albeit short loan signing. Got an assist in a game if I remember correctly.

Did we not bring him in on loan or on a short term contract at the start of the season for a few weeks until we signed Deano?

Adrian Heath is another one for this thread. He came, played a few games and then quickly left through the back door without anyone seeming to notice.

I think MacAvennie was officially 'on trial' and came on as sub three times at the beginning of 1992/93.

Saw Ivo "play" in a youth/friendly game at Shrewsbury Tech. He lasted about 20 mins. Grabbed his hamstring, made the substitute me rolling arms signal and walked off.
One I can never forget played for us.

Didn’t he score the winner against the Blues at Villa Park around 1970?

The two German players we had towards the middle of the 90's. I think they both had surnames beginning with 'B'. I'm too lazy to check Google.

Beinlich and Breitkreutz. Beinlich went on to have a decent career I think, might even have got a few caps.

Beinlich & Breitzkutz

They stick in my mind because I went Villa Park on a non matchday for a reason that escapes me and bumped into them outside the old club shop.

They were very friendly and happy to sign autographs.

One of them went on to be more successful than the other, winning the Bubdesliga IIRC.

Breitkrutz and Beinlich. The latter played for his national side.
