there was a fella at QPR away that was fighting people who thought Grealish was any good at the half time break in the concourse
he wanted him sold or dropped as he added nothing to the team and he was quite aggressive in his opinions

I often wonder what people like that watch football for as they obviously have very little appreciation of the game

i don’t know what he must think now but it does show how some people’s views have no credibility

I know a lad in our village that supports West Ham and he actually sounds like he is in pain whenever they fuck a chance up or concede on the TV....

He gave up his season ticket as "real" West Ham fans don't go anymore and that there are no "proper boozers" he is sick and tired of sitting in and around families and tourists...

he is 27 years old.

Does anyone know whether he'll be fit for Bolton - I take it he had flu or similar.
Squits.

Deano said he was running a fever.

I see scumbag Paul Mitchell is out of prison after serving just 4 weeks of a 14 week sentence! He says "it was the best 4 weeks of my life" What a lowlife.

WTF?! How is a 14 week sentence reduced to just 4 weeks? What kind of deterrent is that for someone else to attack a player. Disgrace.

Wow, sounds like he's really learned a lesson.  Hope the FA take note.

As they have barely punished this moron they really need to punish the club. What a joke.

Asked whether he regretted his actions, he said: “I’m not prepared to discuss that. I’m not apologising for nothing.”

Double negative there. Thanks mate.

He sounds like an absolute gobshite. I highly doubt it was the best 4 weeks of life. All mouth like alot of Blues fans.

Fuck him. Imagine how pissed off he'll be if we go up.

But seriously, 4 weeks? What kind of deterrent is that?

We should just ignore this attention seeking prick from now on. What shouldn't be ignored is his punishment (or lack of it) It's pretty scary just how impotent our justice system is. How on earth has he only done a 4 week stint for what was unprovoked ABH or Assault and battery? And the FA. (we all know what that stands for) what are they doing about this attack? It's set a frightening precedent which appears to have been condoned by the judiciary and the FA alike.

To be honest this type of idiotic mentality from individuals and the joke of a criminal justice system was one of the reasons we left for Oz 13 years ago.  Mrs Ozvilla worked at the CPS and it was just soul destroying for her seeing what was going on at close quarters.  Looks like it nothings much changed.  I want to be shocked and outraged but i'm just not, it's all just so systemic.

Well he's a blue nose so his life consists of following a miserable, stinking rotten cesspit of a football club while carrying all that stomach churning hatred and bitterness towards "da vile." He's lying about it being the best month of his life though. He's just giving it "the big un" Just an insignificant little shit stain.

What a pathetic waste of sperm this “man” is. From Bmail:

Quote
Jack Grealish attacker Paul Mitchell says 'prison was best month of my life' as he's released after just FOUR weeks

Paul Mitchell was jailed after the shocking attack on Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish

The Blues fan jailed after running onto the pitch and punching Aston Villa star Jack Grealish says that prison was “the best month of his life.”

Jobless Paul Mitchell was jailed for 14 weeks following the shocking attack on the Villa captain during the Second City derby at St Andrew’s on March 10.

The 27-year-old later admitted charges of assault and encroachment onto the pitch and was sentenced at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court the following day.

But it has now been revealed that he was released from jail last Monday – just FOUR WEEKS into his prison term.

Speaking after his release, unrepentant Mitchell refused to apologise to Grealish for the attack and added: “It was the best month of my life.”

He said: “I’m out of prison. I was released on Monday. Of course, I’m glad to be out.

“It was the best month of my life. It was hard being away from my family but everything was good.”

Asked whether he regretted his actions, he said: “I’m not prepared to discuss that. I’m not apologising for nothing.”

Neighbours also confirmed Mitchell was now a free man but his local pub has told him he “would not be welcome” back there.

A member of staff at the New Rose and Crown, Mitchell’s nearest pub, said: “Paul Mitchell used to drink here until just before it happened.

“We haven’t seen him since, but he probably wouldn’t be welcome. We have a lot of football fans here.”

A neighbour, who did not want to be named, confirmed she had seen Mitchell in the building in the last week.

“He is out of prison,” she said. “I don’t want to comment on what he did.”

The shocking incident was captured on live TV during the Championship clash between Villa and Blues last month.

Ex-pub manager Mitchell sprinted onto the pitch in the 10th minute of the match and punched the midfielder in the head before being surrounded by stewards.

Grealish, who was knocked to the ground after Mitchell swung the punch from behind, went on to score the only goal of the game.

Mitchell appeared before magistrates the next day, where he was jailed and ordered to pay £100 compensation to the footballer.

Chair of the bench Alison Fisher told him: “This was an unprovoked attack on a footballer who was simply doing his job.

“It was a single punch but with enough force to knock Mr Grealish to the ground.

“This type of behaviour is unacceptable, a view shared by your own football club, who have banned you for life.

“Mr Grealish has stated he was shocked and scared and feels lucky it wasn’t worse.

“More than 23,000 fans were in attendance and the incident was broadcast live across the country.

“Due to the nature of this incident, the court must send a message to fans that players like Jack Grealish are entitled to protection.

“This offence is so serious, we are sending you to prison for 14 weeks, and we are giving you a football banning order for ten years.”
