Can the Yellow card that Grealish received against Palace be contested/rescinded ?
Only if Friend decides he made a mistake and requests it.  The chances of that are slim to non existant.

I don't think you can rescind yellow cards unless it's a case of mistaken identity.

We've got a chance then as Friend thought Grealish was Suarez.

Interesting article in the guardian with regard England NT style of play and players needed . What I find bewildering is the non mention of Jack Grealish who is ideal for what is need in maintaining possession.
Maddsion , Foden and Mount are spoken of as number 10s and also can play 8
Grealish can do the same.
Though England have nt been using a number 10 lately as article states it's a 4-3-3.

In regards to Maddison and Mount they have the goal threat that Grealish lacks but I think he's as worthy come season end for a place in euro 2020 squad.
Means he's had an excellent season.

Guardian :
"Alongside Phil Foden, Maddison and Mount make up a trio of players who have the skills of that mythical No 10, but are likely to be deployed in a more responsible way as a No 8 in a midfield three. They can hurt the opposition with passes, they are effective shooters from range, they have the ability to carry the ball, but perhaps most importantly they know – or will be expected to know – how to hold on to it. This would appear to be the next evolution of England."

Phil Foden scored twice as England U21 beat Kosovo U21
2-0.
The trio of Foden, Mount and Maddison are in a way offering more than Grealish as they provide a goal threat.
If we can get Jack scoring more goals and providing more direct assists then it's a win for england national team and the Villa.

He’s playing way too deep at the moment.
