A heart warming piece.  Especially the substitution hat, a trilby perchance?

Still pleased 2 days on.

Moaninho should shut the fuck up. He has become a parody of himself, not that the fawning press can admit it.

If he meant it, he can enter the Johan Cruyff league.

I don't think anyone who has watched the slo-mo here (http://zippy.gfycat.com/ComposedSameGilamonster.webm) should question whether that finish was deliberate or not. He watches the ball all the way onto his foot and there was no-one he could have been trying to pass to. It's just a literally incredible goal.

No question he meant it - great goal and great performance - full credit to players staff and fans - now lets push on and finish strongly and assess what needs doing in the summer.

Great goal. I posted on another thread that if it had been Ronaldo it would be shown all over the world.
Well it's not. Who cares ? He's Delph and he's ours.

I actually thought it was our best display under Lambert.

Not sure about that. On match of the day extra yesterday they were talking to a guy who does post match interviews and they were asking him he he has trouble keeping a straight face when Moaninho goes into one of his rants.

I agree. Didn't Moaniho say (after we lost in August) that Lambert needs to control himself and try to stop being the referee as well as the manager.

Then the same man who said that jumps up brandishing a card for bennet (I presume he wanted red) and also blames the referee for the defeat.

I just don't get why there's even a question about whether Delph meant it

What on earth was he trying if he didn't?

It is merely because he plays for Villa and so is not meant to be good enough to score like that.

That's exactly it.

I know full well he meant it but I wanted to work in a way of showing that we might finally be getting luck running our way at last.
