I remember when having a season ticket meant access to all games home and away in every competition, Steve Stride coming round your house to serenade you with his guitar, a trip in Doug's Roller (It wasn't like a trip in Jimmy's Roller, Doug just wanted you to tell him what a fantastic bloke he was for ten minutes - it was a short trip because he always had an eye on the petrol bills) and they put a Hollywood style gold star in the place where you stood on The Holte. They just don't care about the fans these days.

As i haven't received anything yet, i thought that may be to me changing to a cheaper seat this season and caused
a delay, more and more people are confirming on here that their's have arrived.

Got mine over a week ago - they're probably relying on second class post now....

Mine arrived a week ago. As said above, many of the frills have gone, we got a postcard, a sticker for the seat, fixture list, might be a key ring aswell, will double check.

They put a bit of effort into the kids ones. My son got a hat, claret and blue laces for his football boots and a pretty comprehensive wall chart for the season. They usually send them out a smart personalised poster at some point in the season too.

Yes I liked that picture, the only thing spoiling it was the Doug Ellis (Witton Lane) Stand looking a bit naff.

Got mine but heard a bloke moaning on the train about not having received it so I don't think it's just you.

Think the sticker's for a car window rather than a seat - would be back-to-front on seat. And by displaying it in your car window Noses and Boggies know which car to scratch.

The new season is nearly here and soon so will your season ticket welcome pack!

Our packs containing your new season card and a wealth of important information have already started to arrive on doormats.

The packs include your new season card as well as news on Villa Cash and access information for our in-house club television channel AVTV.

If yours hasn't arrived yet, don't worry!

They should be landing these next two weeks ahead of the coming campaign.

However, if you have not received your season ticket pack after your post has arrived on Thursday August 14 please contact the Consumer Sales department on 0800 612 0970.

At this point, we'll arrange for a replacement for you.
