Their busy convincing themselves that Grealish is an average Championship midfielder at the moment.

And SJM is average according to some idiot stripey.

Make no mistake, they are shitting themselves harder than a big, black Alsatian.

Can't confirm if this is accurate or true but a Baggies ITK told me that the Moore sacking was because he stuck his neck on the line as they wanted to sack Graeme Jones as he had the Luton job lined up for the end of the season and had been causing issues behind the scenes. Allegedly, Moore said if they sack Jones then they'd have to sack him too...and so both received the bullet. Obviously this is completely different to how it was reported in the media including some outlets accusing Baggies of racial discrimination.

Apparently Baggies have already started resting players ahead of the playoffs, and part of their form issues is because they can only maintain high performance levels for 20-30 minutes per game...obviously all previous form goes out of the window when it comes to the playoffs.

So they wanted to sack their assistant coach because he had the temerity to look at a managers job elsewhere once the season had finished. So instead of letting someone leave without any costs and plenty of time to plan for the new season, they decided to sack two people and have to pay them compensation and potentially screw up their promotional hopes. They have been lucky with some of the results since but sounds either bull or if true, shite owners.

I don't buy it was because of his colour as part of the decision, however the concerns raised was if it was because of results (and they did lose to two close rivals on the trot and draw at home to the bottom club) why did they leave Pardew and Pullis in for a lot longer periods of bad results?

Finally, they might be resting players, (in theory we have to some extent), however they could be throwing away an advantage of 2nd leg at home whilst doing it.

Why would we disrupt our coaching team?

No reason to disrupt if possible, more like adding to it. I'm not advocating it, just putting out there as to what others think.

Shan makes Steve Bruce look like a hybrid Ossie Ardiles/Pep Guardiola.
