Sunderland v Villa: volunteer for Q+A at Sunderland site?
« on: December 18, 2013, 01:10:54 PM »
We/ve had some brilliant Villa contributors, including H&V subscribers, to the Who are You? series at Salut! Sunderland. One, from Jinksy, was a winner of the annual award we offer (http://salutsunderland.com/2012/04/aston-villa-v-safc-who-are-you-pondering-darren-bent-trashing-mcleish/). The SAFC v AVFC match has crept up on me and I need a Villa supporter who'd be up for answering similar questions about the match, our clubs, football generally.

If anyone is interested, please email me at salutsunderland at gmail.com or send a message to me via this site

Happy Christmas all

What normally happens in these circumstances is that opposition supporters just post a load of questions in this thread then copy and paste the responses back in their own thread. I'm sure many of us would be happy to do that if that helps.

Sunderland are a decent club with decent fans, I'm glad you've got rid of O'N£ill and Di Nazio so I can go back to wishing you all the best, while obviously hoping you lose to/finish below us.

Does the resident H&V Sunderland fan still post? I've forgotten his name, it might have been Dave.

He's got a lot to deal with at the moment so hasn't been online much lately .
Needless to say I'm sure we all wish him well except on New Year's Day .

I've already taken one for the team here fellas.

Speaking of Liam, wonder if he'll return for the home game...

Fair point and I imagine it works for those sites. Our format for the series is more a personal one-to-one which works particularly well by email.

To Eastie and other would-be interviewees: many thanks but I received a volunteer - and I see Supertom has "come out' as it were; many thanks Tom - very soon after posting. If no one minds I will add a link here once it appears a couple of days before the game

If they're lucky they'll have the privilege of visiting us in the league cup next year.

He's got a lot to deal with at the moment so hasn't been online much lately .

Is posting something like that really necessary?
