Sometimes we do really simple things really, really brilliantly.

What an excellent move.

The Library of Birmingham has suddenly become the most beautiful building in the city centre.

Brilliant.  I bet it'll look great.  Just disappointed it wasn't lit up claret and blue last night as we were at the Symphony Hall.

This is the sort of thing that makes me optimistic for the future. It's the type of bright idea we had when Randy first arrived and hadn't seen much of for a couple of years. Whoever thought of it deserves a bonus.

Cue jokes about it having a great history section.

At least we need a large section for it!

Quote
Brian Gambles, Director at the Library of Birmingham, added: "Villa's reputation in the football world - at home and abroad - is rich and vast and we were only too happy to partner with them on this festive project.

"The Library of Birmingham is a new and exciting addition to city life and yet working alongside the oldest and grandest city club this Christmas offers a nice symmetry."

Good lad.
