Villa Park
« on: September 26, 2013, 08:59:30 AM »

 Morning all,

I am taking my nephew to the game on Saturday.  We have already got him some autographs from some of the Villa players at  Bodymoor Heath,  but Id like to see if we can also get him some of the Man City players on Saturday.  Just wondering if there is still chance before the game to get any ?
Does the away coach still pull up round the side of the Trinity Road ?   If so, are the players / management just ushered thru , or do some actually stop ?
And if anybody knows what sort of time the away team usully turns up that would be great.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I think that the coaches drive straight into the fenced off part of the North Stand car park.

Hang around by the fences there and you might collar somebody.  I'm not normally an autograph hunter, but I was waiting for a mate there before the Liverpool game and ran into David Moyes out of the blue, so you never know.

I think that you are looking at about 1300. You need to get right alongside the stand to get a photo as they may go straight in the door.  The coach door will be right alongside the Players Entrance. After the game there are sometimes players who go across to the fence for autographs.

Joe Hart and whichever back 4 are selected should be able to leave their deckchairs for a few moments during the game to do a signing session

Don't know how long they take to get changed these days, but my brother used to go after the game.

I think you will find they land on the pitch in a diamond studded helicopter so no mixing with joe public.
