Sounds like a tough draw, but with them in the Europa and chasing top 4 it might not be a bad draw for us with them hopefully resting a few.

Does anyone know what sort of teams AVB was putting out in this competition last season?  Or while he was at Chelsea for that matter?

They have a big squad now too, this is their best chance to win a trophy I think. And they'll do some more business as soon as the Bale saga is over. Worried about this game

On the other side of the coin it gave SGT's newly assembled team and the fans an early boost in the promotion season.

I'm not sure why everyone apperas to fear the next round against Spurs, we ain't too shabby ourselves this season and are more than capable of beating them.

Correct.  If we can deservedly beat Arsenal and give such a good account of ourselves against title favourites Chelsea then now is not the time to be shitting in our pants about Spurs.

Last season vs Carlisle:  Cudicini, Vertonghen, Dawson, Caulker, Smith, Dempsey, Huddlestone, Sigurdsson, Falque, Townsend, R Mason

And away to Norwich in the next which which they lost
Lloris, Naughton, Dawson, Walker, Caulker, Dempsey, Bale, Sigurdsson, Falque, Livermore, Carroll

We've given all of Man City, Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool decent games in the last couple of years, we've been consistently shitter against Spurs than any other team.

Need to improve cos I hate those bastards.

They have Chelsea the weekend after so hopefully they'll rest a few.

Big nosed cockney bastard, along with perryman who cleared Locheads shot off the line, I have spent the last 42 years (check my maths) hating the fuckers for ruining my childhood. It was the day I stopped believing in miracles.
Mind you I was 15 and should have grown up a lot earlier.

42 years, six months and two days!! Ruined my 13th birthday the next day; the only, very slight, consolation was that I got to touch the Cup as Perryman came down the steps from the Royal Box, as I was sitting in the 2nd row with my dad (God bless him), right next to the steps.
