Haven't they come out with "so Aston Villa's new manager is Tim Sherwood, who was rejected by Albion" yet?

Don't let facts get in the way of a good chance to stick the boot in.

Quality question from Franksy tonight:
Villa fans - would you swop Sherwood for Pullis?
Baggies fans - would you swop Pullis for Sherwood?

Villa fans - Michelle Keegan or Jennifer Lawrence?
Baggies fans - your sister or your mother?

"Franksy" must pinch himself every morning that he works for an organization that will never fire you no matter how bad you are at your job.

I'd rather suck dry Pullis' sweat soaked tracky top after 90 mins of him getting excited over set pieces than swap managers for him.

Too many Lambert jokes to chose from there.

There's a lot of controversy about the fact the BBC spend proportionally so little in Birmingham, but WM make me want them to leave the city, full stop.

I said this earlier in the thread, but they're genuinely nothing more than a very obvious, unsophisticated trolling operation.

There's a very funny Smethwick fan that slags their fans a lot.  Tonight he rightly pointed out that only 14000 home supporters turned up on Saturday at reduced prices.

Indeed. BBC Sport is generally very poor but we seem to always end up with the worst of the worst.

The other 20 million are saving up their money until they play us.

12:32: Villa smoke bombs

A Leicester City fan had to be treated for smoke inhalation after a number of smoke bombs were set off at Aston Villa's home game on Sunday.

Police say three smoke bombs went off in the away concourse, leaving one person requiring medical treatment.

why the headline of Villa Smoke Bombs when it obviously was in the away section ?

I always pass the away supporters entrance on my way into the ground and the stewards seem to be assiduous in their searching for prohibited projectiles. The rascals must have them well hidden. Then again, Dave W recently posted that one of our lot was arrested on the coach to an away game for  a having a flare in his pants. Damned if I would have incendiary incendiaries next to my main man.

Takes all sorts, I suppose.
