There used to be a guy called Acker who was always ringing up back then and had great banter with the butler.

I remember Acker saying he would refuse to pay his Council tax if the Birmingham City Council helped the blose build a new stadium.Tom Ross took it in good humour when he found out he lived in Spain, and didn't pay council tax !

Wonderful - Acker was a legend.

I've been listening for the last 20 odd minutes now and the only mention of Villa so far from Paul 'call me Franksy' Franks is when he asks Albion fans, "are Albion in a better shape than Villa".
Twat.

In a rhetorical fashion.

Apparently Lambert got agitated with the supporters - I must have missed that.

Does he constantly refer to Paul Lambert as "Lambo" just to annoy me?

Only surpassed in the annoyance stakes by 'Lambo's Lions'.

According to my twitter feed, WM are having a debate on who has the better team, WBA or Villa? Instead of this exciting conundrum, cant they just play some music or failing that put some old editions of Ed Doolans directory enquiries programme he used to present on a lunchtime?

I think they have already had a 'Pride of the Midlands' trophy engraved ready to give them if they get a win or draw against us.

Just playing the goal horns jingle over and over again would be preferable to that.

Or even putting Adrian Goldberg on.

Actually, no, on reflection, that'd be no better.

The goal horns jingle is the best part of what they do.

Lambo's Lions? That is fucking feeble in extreme.
