There's a little gps box in the back of the vest,  that tracks speed, heart rate, distance covered, etc.

I thought blokes were sad and pathetic for saying that but then I saw that movie for teen girls called Angus, Thongs And Perfect Snogging and the girls in that sat on their hands to give them pins and needless and then started feeling their midriffs cos apparently it felt as if Dave from Second Form was doing it.
