I have bought most of the retro shirts.
Medium always fitted me in the Nike shirts(and most of our previous shirts) and medium in these is pretty much the same fit.

Anyone bought one of these and if so what's the fit like?

Here's all the ones they do - http://www.scoredraw.com/shirt-detail/?teamId=3

I asked in the kit thread but no reply.

Cheers lads.

The club shop sells the 50's home shirt, which I personally think is the best out of the range.  Only ever seen it in the club shop at the ground though.

Might have to have a look mate. You know which one on here it is? - http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/Aston_Villa/Aston_Villa.htm

Have both the home and away 1981 shirts. Got them at the Village.

I believe they're made of cotton (yep, 100%).

Really good quality.

Yeah its the 57-63 one on that list.  As I say, only ever seen it in the shop at Villa Park and not even in the shop on New Street.

All of them are good except the 92-93 one. If it's the same as the one the club shops sell, it's a disgraceful copy. I'd have been happier with a Donald Pleasance forgery.

I wore the 80/81 white away replica today, seems decent quality.

That 1885 kit was a bit strange.

Wasn't that some sort of anniversary kit?  I can't remember what it was commemorating though.

It may have been for Man U and their kit from Newton Heath days. They bought it out for everyone though

Looks like it was a tribute to the 1891 kit tbh.

IIRC a few clubs had them that season. Us and the Mancs, Ipswich, Sheff Utd and Oldham as well?
