He said that there had been complaints about bad language and abuse in the block which is why they had to take it seriously.

Impressed by the call you received. I had a completely different and unrelated mix up at a recent match, over my seat being apparently sold twice - coincidentally in your part of the ground behind the dugouts. The stewards dealt with it admirably and a lady from the ticket office called me on the next working day to explain what had happened. Well done, the Villa.

As has been said many times before, you can criticise the club for many things, but its way of dealing with our supporters certainly isn't one of them.
