He has done well to have a professional football career up to the age of twenty eight without previously having a winning mentality. I am also impressed that they know what they have to do against West Ham, although a bit worried that this suggests they didn't know what they had to do against Wigan, Southampton and Newcastle. It is also interesting to note that winning isn't so important in Holland. Maybe we shouldn't buy another three players from there this summer. I'm joking of course. Everyone knows we won't be buying three players from anywhere in a hurry.
