I hope it's off tomorrow as I don't have a ticket and there's bound to be some spares if it's moved to a Wednesday night.  Self, self, self...

You can have mine if its postponed, I won't be able to make it up again if it is.

The OS says the game is expected to go ahead, despite them sending all of the ticket office staff home!

Personally, I could do with the Baggies game being cancelled.

I've just a tooth extracted and don't fancy driving to Smethwick tomorrow

Well don't go upsetting any of their fans or you might lose some more teeth!

With it being a derby game they can wait until the last minute to decide as all the fans are local. Apart from a few out of town glory hunters. Eh Mr Sox!!!  ;)

Will they call it off today?

It'd make life easier but with it being a derby they'll probably wait until last minute.

I would say that there may be pressure from WMP to call it off, but then its a toss up between whether they think policing a derby at night is any easier, especially considering how we behaved at the last night derby.

That said, there isn't the same level of animosity and for me, I would hazard that allowing people an extra two hours in the pub on a Saturday is worse than an evening kick off.

More drinking time tomorrow for most than a midweek game where people are finishing at 4 or 5

The referees have got to get the grounds to make pitch inspections presumably. If any can't travel the FA may call on more local officials.  Now who is a relatively local referee just up the M6?  Oh no, Phil Dowd.

The pitch will almost certainly be playable, it will be conditions outside the ground that dictate whether it goes ahead or not.

The pitch surely won't be a factor, just the ability of fans to actually get to the game and safety around the stadium.

Millwall.

The snowballs around the Den are harder than anywhere else on earth. Even in Summer.

Judging by the state of the roads and pavements there will be no game tomorrow.

The fact is, Albion have known about the weather wituation all week, so presumably would have made all the necessary preparations to make sure the surrounding areas are safe.

They will have had staff continually gritting the streets and stadium, and also ESPN will be putting the pressure on the game to go ahead.

I live in Sedgley, one of the highest points in the midlands and although we have had a lot of snow, the roads and pavements aren't too bad at the moment

Just driven home from town, and they would be mad to have it go ahead

Town is gridlocked. The pavements are treacherous and will only get worse when it freezes overnight. Will be very surprised if the game goes ahead.
