Like the arrival of the first horseman of our relegation apocalypse.

Who will the others be?

Some might disagree with me, but Dwight Yorke ranks right up there with Hodge for me.  Whenever I see him doing any Villa-related punditry my hackles rise.  I wouldn't allow him within twenty-five miles of Villa Park.
Kissing the Utd badge in front of us at Old Trafford was a bad move by him.

After being baited mercilessly by the Villa fans. If you can't dish it out...

And in fairness to Dwight, though he is a mediocre pundit at best, he always talks us up when covering our games.

Dwight left Villa for trophies - which he got.

Hodge left the Villa in the shit. - He won nothing. The man is a parasite.

Parasite? Yes

Won nothing? No. League Cup with Forest. League title with Leeds.

I feel Dwight owed us a little loyalty after  we spotted him and persevered with him in his early career.  We were so close to having a very, very good team when he decided to leave.  Who knows, if he'd shown a little faith in Villa he might have won more trophies with us.

I'll add David O'Leary to the four horsemen, too.

Tend to agree.

Wouldn't begrudge him his move to Old Toilet   (didn't say that at the time, mind).

But:

1. The move
2. The no show at Everton away to force the move
3.The badge kissing incident (more than once, did it for Cackburn too)

and

4.  "Everyone knows that historically Birmingham City are the biggest club in the region."

means there's no going back for me.

There's ingratiating yourself with new employers, and there's talking shite.

Bridges well and truly blitzkrieged.

A shame, as some of my fondest Villa memories are with Dwight in the side.

Especially when you consider he had nothing to do with the goal (I'm thinking of his first match against us after he left). Somebody else won a free kick, not him, he was nowhere near. Beckham scored it and Yorke ran over to us and kissed hís badge.

It all justifies my decision to put a picture of Andy Lochhead over him on my Sports Argus Villa Legends picture. Couldn't have Yorke grinning at me.

Steve McMahon, never heard him say anything good about us, always felt he hated being at VP

I liked him but felt that he only came to us to avoid a direct transfer between the two Liverpool clubs.

Hodge? Very good. Shows they're thinking.

Might I suggest Alistair Brown an Mark Halsey as  future guests. And Richard Keys.
