That's absolutely unbelievable.

The player has some face to turn up too - guess the pay check was too much to turn down

Next they'll be welcoming back Alpay, mind you given the current state of affairs that may be a good idea if he's still got his boots....

Just proves how out of touch our club is under Lerner and Faulkner. They haven't got a damn clue about the Villa. Hodge was absolutely despised by fans for what he did back in the mid 80s. How he has the nerve to creep back to the club to pick up a few quid for one last "appearance" is beyond me.
Get Steve Stride back to the Villa for Christ sake.

I didn't see him myself but heard Brian was in there. When I got in they said that they thought Hodge was the other one. I couldn't imagine they let that c**t in the ground but had it confirmed later. Who advises these people? I would sooner see Bob Latchford and Bob Hatton in there.

He was on Talksport the other week and even admitted on there that he was unpopular at Villa Park.

Hodge being there is like having the Ghost of Relegation Yet To Come present, cock in hand laughing loudly at our impending fate.

Some might disagree with me, but Dwight Yorke ranks right up there with Hodge for me.  Whenever I see him doing any Villa-related punditry my hackles rise.  I wouldn't allow him within twenty-five miles of Villa Park.

Kissing the Utd badge in front of us at Old Trafford was a bad move by him. Here starts more division in the ranks.
