Does anyone use this?

I listed my Arsenal and Reading tickets on there as I'm unable to go. The Arsenal ticket has sold for £27, leaving me with £23.76 after deductions.

However, unless I'm being thick, I can find no where on the site for me to withdraw this money. Where does it go?

When will I get paid?
Payment will be initiated on the day of the game to your choice of BACS or PayPal. Please note this can take up to 5 days to be accredited to your account.

Cheers, I did see that. They were sold about a month ago and I've not inputted any payment details. Maybe that's the problem.

We sold our Swansea tickets and got the money into our bank accounts on the Thursday following the match.

We've now put the Spurs tickets up for sale so fingers crossed we'll sell them too.

I think you need to enter your bank details when you first register so you don't need to give them again.

On Viagogo regardless of what tickets you sell you don't see any money until after the tickets have been used at the event (normally 1 or 2 days after), and the cash goes into the bank account which you should have entered when you set the account up.
