In much the same way as you or I wouldn’t masquerade as a solicitor if we didn’t have the qualifications or experience

Oh, I don't know

Transfer deadline day and our shower…well they coudln’t even sign a birthday card, let alone some decent players.

Lambert is a joke, just a cheap-cheap yes man to please the joke of a board.

Learner OUT!!
Falconer OUT!!
Lambart OUT!!
Has to be a windup. Has to be.

The H&V letters pages, of course, never have comments like this.

But we all know that they're written by your version of Tyler Durden.......

Very well thought-out article, and one which chimes with my own feelings on Lambert's tenure. Yesterday proved how much he could improve our current players in pretty much the space of a week, so how much he can do so with signings is an exciting prospect - particularly given the performances of Vlaar, El Ahmadi and Lowton, who I thought had a particularly good game yesterday.

Well, I think Concrete Ron and KEA have been our two best players to date, so Lambert can obviously spot a good 'un.  Hopefully the signings from the lower leagues will emulate these, and we'll be OK.

At 2.5m (assuming that price is correct), it could be one of our best signings in years.

Never knew we had a falconer on the staff!  We should get him to walk out at Villa Park with a bird of prey perched on his wrist!

"Gee the harris hawk is Aston Villa’s newest recruit and the team’s feathered friend is keeping the pitch in tip-top condition after magpies were spotted swooping on the pristine grass surface and digging holes in the hallowed turf."

Bloody Newcastle fans.  Pain in the arse.
