Been asked by one on my mates who runs the Sunderland fanzine to see if anyone would fancy doing a quick Q&A ahead of the upcoming season and see their name in lights (or print) in the first issue of the season.

Hi there. Greetings from A Love Supreme, the Sunderland fanzine, and we are running a feature where we ask other fans in the Premier League the same set of questions in order to get a fair representation of opinions from around the football world. We have answers from pretty much everyone bar Villa, so if anyone on here is up for it then we could do with some Villa views asap/next day or so. Also, while I have yous, we need a Carlos Ceular profile. Just need usual info like is he any good, was he popular, anecdotes, strengths, weaknesses etc. any budding writers up for that? send replies to info@a-love-supreme.com

6. From an outsider’s point of view, what is your take on the current Sunderland side?
7. Do you still feel the same way about football as you used to, say ten years ago, or has it become too money driven and mercenary?
8. Will we ever see safe standing areas, or is it just a pipe dream?
