They would have to if they actually want to get people to subscribe monthly for their channel to generate more revenue knowing that majority of people have Sky or Freeview (or Virgin if you're an idiot lol).

If they didnt it wouldn't make any sense on their behalf.

ESPN are a huge corporation owned predominantly by Disney.Pretty sure if they wanted to they could have had the rights.

Asking a stupid question here but doesn't this affect the new fair play rules?  Another bumper pay day for clubs in the premier league, doesn't it make the new FFP rules redundant?  Can someone explain please.
