The only positive I can think of is that McLeish hasn't yet sunk to O'Leary levels.

Time is a great healer but I still fill up with rage every time I see that snidey little prick's stupid face on TV, harping on about the great bunch of kids he had at Leeds or all of his wonderful times in the marble halls of Highbury.  Twat.

This.  I'll always loathe the fucker.

To Oz Villa you like the twat Mc Leish you have him down under with a bit of luck a Great White or an old Salty might make a meal of him.

That useless twat who supposedly manages our team is going to get the sack for being responsible for the worst home record in the club's history alone.

The home record that will be forever in the history books, and will be forever a slur on the club.

Yawn.......

Yawn, really? It's the worst home record in the entire history of the club. That's pretty significant and embarrassing.

This is the positive thread!  Wishing an incurable disease on someone, or to be eaten by a shark, is not positive (or funny).  There are plenty of other threads to have a moan.

I don't 'like him'.  I don't think he should've been appointed or still be our Manager next season.  The thread was about whether there were any positives and I think there are a few - but only a few.

IF he stays, were going to have to build on something from this season.

Yes, keep this for positives please.  There are plenty of other  threads to vent your spleen.

Having watched the last few games, the one positive for me is that I genuinely believe we are not too far away from being a decent side.  If we can get the best out some of the players we already have (Bent, N'Zogbia etc.) and can bring in some quality additions in the positions we desperately need (central midfield, left back, right wing) , then we should be more than capable of improving next season.  I have my views on whether McLeish is the right man to be trusted with that job, but I can definitely see him being in charge at the start of next season.

Yes - at least FIFA 13 won't have Heskey in the Villa squad.

Herd, Lichaj, Baker, Robbie Keane, Ireland latterly. Many positives we expected were not realised and such joy as was came from very unexpected directions. I wish no ill or malice towards McLoser, and the nastiness to person or family cannot be justified. he is as useless as DoL, but not such an offensive fool., however were he to resign or be moved on it would be a huge positive. We have played some, not a lot, some   decent halves of footie but holding onto a lead would be amazing, [22 more points amazing]!!!
