I know someone (Villa Fan) who ran on the pitch at St. Andrews in a Borat Mankini. He was also arrested, fined and placed on the Sex offenders Register.

Exposure's a Schedule 3 offence under the 2003 Act. Inclusion on the Register was mandatory as a result of the sentence he received, not because the court thought he needed to be on it.

We live in risk averse times. If you feel the need to expose yourself in front of thousands, there's going to be some quite severe consequencies.

Placing him on the sex offenders register is over the top.

Fine him and ban him but the sex offenders register?

Besides it was that cold that lets face it, it must have been that small that binoculars must have been needed!

Mind you he did have a cock and half on him

Surely anyone with a little dick is never going to be a streaker

If i did people would think i had pink pants on  :-[

That explains the harsh punishment then.

Clearly the magistrate was hung like a baby carrot.

‘‘I’m actually a Baggies fan and this was the first time I had been to a football match.

What kind of a Baggies fan goes to Villa Park to watch their first football match?

He is stupid but like others have said it's a bit harsh putting him on the sex offenders register.

He's got off lightly – it could have been viewed as a hanging offence.

Can't believe it, all this time my brother's been an Albion fan.

Can't trust some people.

It's a great shame that he didn't use his (allegedly huge) knobber to smash in the head of Alex McLeish. Then call it a draw.

I agree. Sex offenders register for that is ludicrous, but I bet the Daily Mail thinks it is too lenient.

According to their version of events, http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2118221/Football-fan-streaked-Premier-League-match-100-bet-placed-sex-offenders-register.html his friend said ‘He’s not had the £100 but he’s had a couple of good nights out on it! He was like a celebrity down Broad Street.’

Torn between deciding whether in this instance the definition of celebrity is in the sense of bragging about being a guest on The Jeremy Kyle show or being a reality television contestant.

Poor bastard.

He now has to live with the shame of being exposed in the newspapers as an Albion fan.

Poor bastard.

He now has to live with the shame of being exposed in the newspapers as an Albion fan.

I was talking to my best mate about this who is a baggie. Having lured him in with agreement that the sex offender list was harsh etc I slipped in the following "Can you imagine the shame for him and his family. It will hang over them for years, could effect his job prospects and everything. Fancy admitting to being an Albion fan".

For some reason he didn't find it as amusing as I did. Especially when I added for good measure, "do you know him? I know there's not many of you lot so I assume you all know each other."

"You could clearly see his genitals," said Mr Purser.
