It is MARCH we're talking about here, the month MON's Villa sides always faded away – as did GH's last season!
Our league record in March over the last five seasons is Played 19, Won 1 (Wigan away), Drew 8, Lost 10.
Was it just O'Neill though I wondered?
I searched further desperately looking for a stat to give me hope but gave up after going back over the last 10 seasons of March misery (P36, W6, D11, L20).
What about our current manager, surely March has been a good month for him? Nope, last season at Small Heath... P3 W0 D1 L2. Help!

But hang on, there is something... the law of averages!
Put me down for five straight wins and challenging for Europe come Easter.

Under MON a bad month for us, but this time round I'm going to say we'll pick up 7 points. 2 wins against fulham and blackburn and a drawn against arsenal.

The more flak he cops, the more he will revert to type. Expect some very negative play and us somehow picking up four points.
