Forbes has him down as the worlds 4th richest man at $41B

Only (lol...only) $15b worse off than Bill Gates himself.

Is worth the same amount as both Sergey Brin and Larry Page (2 of the founders of Google, worth $19B each)

Usmanov (Arsenal) is worth $17.7B in contrast
Abromovich (Chelsea) $13.4B
Sheikh Mansoor (City) is $28B (if my math is right)

So... this is bullshit. As stuff this good simply does not happen to us. If it does I will ride an imaginary Donkey in the nude around Villa Park at half time every home game of next season [that I can attend]

Europe's richest man and the world's 4th richest apparently. (42bn Dollars)
According to Forbes magazine, Arnault is the world's 4th and Europe's richest person, with a 2011 net worth of US$ 41 billion

Can we get this right lads it's important. Is it $41 or $42 Billion?

If this is true then I will eat my own head.

Where do people cook this stuff up from? Mind blowing.

Not that I'm holding any faith in this story but the Aston Martin article is over 5 years old.

On a B'ham Mail forum this guy mentioned that he'd heard that Bernard Arnault, a French billionaire, was interested in Villa.
Anyone else heard this.
Can't see it personally.
Is there a link to this story?

We need to get a campaign going.

Let's all print out French flags and hold a demo round the back of the North Stand at 6pm on Friday, demanding WE WANT BERNARD!

if you can't print out a flag, bring something French - garlic, a string of onions, a stripey t-shirt, incredible rudeness, or a powerful trade union movement - and let them know we won't stand for this any more!

Get the fuck out, eerrr, Lernie!
We want Bernie!
Get the ginger off the bench!
Appoint someone French!

I'm off to tweet to Pete Colley about this, SSN will be all over it like a tramp on frites!

What's this about Wenger?
You will have to refer to the 'ITK truth about Wenger with no mention of McLeish or Lerner or Hutton or Collins or Warnock or Dunne or Heskey or hoofing or play the youth regardless of how good they are ' thread. Unfortunately, it has sunk without trace as, strangely, there are no comments.

This reminds me of that time my Newcastle supporting mate thought Vince McMahon was going to buy them.
