He won't be sacked.
In all seriousness, I'd go for Nigel Adkins. He's doing great things with Southampton. And he has said this:"We have a winning mentality. We have the principles of how we want to play. It's a simple game really. When we've got it, pass it to each other. When we haven't got it, get it back." I instinctively like the man.
Hughes would be the obvious choice. Does anyone know why we didn't go for him in the summer?

Does anyone know why we didn't go for him in the summer?Something to do with Hughes walking away from Fulham or something. But they tapped McLeish up who did exactly the same to Blues. Bunch of hypocritial fairies. I think they may have a mental health problem. That's the only reasonable logical explanation that I could make a summary of them two useless prats.
But none of it matters because AM isnt getting sacked.
Allthough I've serious doubts about Big Eck, it makes no sense to sack him after losing to Man Utd and while we're in the top half of the table. I don't see him leaving before the end of the season unless (a) there is a player revolt, or (b) we get stuck in 20th place looking a relegation certainty. Neither scenario looks likely: because (a) Gabby and Bent may be frustrated, but a lot of our players will be happy that they can get away with half-arsed performances while the manager takes the blame; and (b) while we will probably be hovering around the relegation zone in February, there are other teams in the Premier League that are just as shite as us.
